Her team runs corporate training programs for multiple organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Meggie’s company has helped companies like including Contently, TechCrunch, Revlon, Thinx and more, training them in confidence, bias negotiation and how to foster an inclusive workplace.

She also writes about gender and diversity for Vogue, Marie Claire and Forbes and has worked internationally as a foreign correspondent, producer and director in Syria, Zimbabwe, Italy, the Philippines and beyond. She’s filed for global broadcasters including BBC World News, CNBC, SBS Dateline, Channel 7, Discovery Channel and Animal Planet.
