Do you find navigating Gmail to be a bit cumbersome or is it easy breezy? Either way, these shortcuts and tips from Visualeks are sure to make it even easier.
First things first, if you’re going to get around Gmail quickly, you’re going to need to be able to access your shortcuts. To do this, take a look at the upper right hand corner of your Gmail account. There, you’ll see a ‘gear’ icon you can select. Once you select it, you’ll choose the option next to Keyboard Shortcuts and turn them on.
Whie a simple “C” allows you to compose a new message, Shift + “C” will allow you to compose that message in a new window. A less-obvious shortcut is when you select “G” then “T.” This takes you to all of the mail you’ve sent. “*” and “U” selects all of your unread mail, while “*” and then “R” selects all of the mail you’ve read.
