(Doors open at 8:30 a.m. PT, event and livestream start promptly at 9 a.m. PT)

On Equal Pay Day this year, we’ll share the latest research on the gender pay gap and what you can do to combat gender inequity in the workplace. Hint: More women in positions of power is the key. What can you do to either claim power as a woman in the workforce or help to advance women into positions of power? We’ll explore solutions to the imbalance of power between genders in the labor market from startup funding to the C-suite to company boards.

Speakers:

  • Cate Goethals, leadership coach and business professor from UW
  • Tracy Lawrence, CEO and co-founder of Chewse
  • Tanya Tarr, author and regular contributor for Forbes
