You probably just know us from the Web, but there are, in fact, real live humans here at PayScale, and we’re coming to a town near you.

To be precise, we are coming to Chicago, San Francisco, Denver, and our own hometown of moss and moist—Seattle—to share some insights into those cities’ fast-changing job economies, and how employers can craft a strategy to beat the competition as we emerge from recession.

We know from our research for the PayScale 2012 Compensation Best Practices Report that retaining talent is the top concern for more than half of respondents. Our panel of experts will cover this and other critical compensation issues. Each of these events features our own Director of Professional Services, Stacey Carroll, as well as PayScale customers discussing their own victories in the talent wars.
