#PayChat is a monthly compensation and career discussion. Joining is simple. Just head over to Twitter on the last Wednesday of each month, at 10:30a.m (PST), and tweet your questions to the discussion using the hashtag #PayChat.
What will #PayChat bring you? A lot, actually. Sometimes we'll crowdsource career advice, while other times we'll have an expert on hand to discuss career and salary issues. And we're open to your ideas. If you have a topic in mind, let us know.
The first #PayChat is happening on Wednesday, February 27th at 10:30a.m (PST). The topic is "What Makes a Good Boss?" During this 30 minute chat, we'll discuss attributes of the best leaders, how to deal with a difficult boss, and anything else relevant to managers/supervisors in the workplace.
