The Opportunity Gap is still a key challenge to achieving pay equality for women.
It is well known that depending on the kind of women you are, the pay gap looks very different. Did you know a black woman gets 64 cents for every $1 a white man earns? That’s why we are bringing awareness on how the pay gap looks for Black Women. The time for change is now.
