Black Women’s Equal Pay Day
The Opportunity Gap is still a key challenge to achieving pay equality for women.
It is well known that depending on the kind of women you are, the pay gap looks very different. Did you know a black woman gets 64 cents for every $1 a white man earns? That’s why we are bringing awareness on how the pay gap looks for Black Women. The time for change is now.
Come and join us for an event where we will:
- Talk about the different variables contributing to the pay gap
- Offer broader prospectives of what generates the pay gap
- Offer a proactive approach, versus a reactive one, to tackling the pay gap
- Provide a framework that helps to take specific actions based on best practices
