She has 10 years of HR and Compensation experience with a background supporting both public and private sector markets including consumer products and goods, manufacturing, and HOA management/real estate. Her experience is in sales compensation, variable comp design, base pay administration, acquisitions, FLSA/wage & hour plan development, and bonus structures. She received her MBA from Dallas Baptist University in TX. She lives just outside of Dallas with her husband Scott and 4 kids. In her “spare time” she loves to travel, cook, ride motorcycles, watch sports and of course – go to the range.
