Back To Compensation Today

#Compference18 Keynotes Announced: Kim Scott, Mike Metzger and More.

If you’ve attended Compference, you already know that PayScale sets a high bar when it comes to keynote speakers. Our very first Compference in Seattle featured Shankar Vendantam. Last year in Austin we hosted Dan Price, Nir Eyal, Vanessa Van Edwards, John Sumser and William Tincup. It’s hard to even think about how to top that kind of line up. But when you’re at Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida, anything is possible. That’s why we’re excited to officially announce our Compference18 keynote speakers.

Kim Scott, co-founder of Candor, Inc. and author of Radical Candor: Be a Kickass Boss without Losing Your Humanity

Kim Scott has been a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtrics, Twitter, and other notable tech companies. Before that she was the co-founder and CEO of Juice Software, a collaboration startup. She’s most famous for her New York Times best selling book Radical Candor, which was created out of a mission to help people have better relationships at work.
