It feels like just yesterday we were wrapping up Compference17 in Austin with 500+ HR leaders, business leaders and compensation professionals. But now that it’s 2018, we’ve got our sights set on Compference18 happening Sept. 19-20th at Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida.

We’re seeking business leaders, executives, and HR or comp subject matter experts to share their unique insights and best practices that will inspire Compference18 attendees. If you’re selected as a Compference speaker, you’ll work with the team at PayScale to refine your presentation talents. Your Compference pass will be complimentary, not to mention you will also get a free pass to Walt Disney World® Theme Park!

What Were Speakers Like Last Year?
During Compference last year, our speakers presented on a wide variety of topics including pay transparency revelations, subjects straight from the headlines, product trainings, and equity and ownership guidance. Our speakers helped facilitate breakout sessions for specific industries, including healthcare, nonprofits, tech and education. Compference has something for everyone.
