The position calls for a full-time librarian to join the team. You’ll work at least 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You don’t have to be a rock and roll star to qualify for the job, but surely you will be one step closer to becoming one once you’re hired. Job Requirements

Requirements for the job include performing descriptive cataloging of library resources. You’ll also provide instruction and reference services to your fellow staff and visitors. You’ll also be responsible for engaging users of the library and archives through outreach. In this role, you’ll work with the Senior Director of the library and supervise the library assistant and other volunteers and interns.

Qualifications

This job role requires a Master’s degree from an ALA-accredited program in library science. You should also have at least two or more years of working experience in the field.
