A community manager, in the social media sense, is a person who manages a brand’s social networks to optimize their online presence with its followers. Social media keeps like-minded professionals connected and engaged with a click of a button. In order to keep up with the latest and greatest in your line of work, seek out “tweet chats” on Twitter and/or groups on Facebook and LinkedIn to expand your professional knowledge and network base.
