When applying for a job at Amazon, for example, you might be asked something like this: “Jeff Bezos walks into your office and says you can have a million dollars to launch your best entrepreneurial idea. What is it?” The breakdown of this question is simple. They want to know whether or not you have an ability to plan.
You don’t have to be Einstein to get a potential employer’s attention. If you have deductive reasoning skills, you’re already a step ahead. In fact, 71 percent of employers admitted that emotional intelligence is more important to them than IQ.
