One of the best rewards an employer can offer an employee is paid time off, or “well days.” Another great way to show an employee you trust their ability to work on their own and value their commute time is to let them work from home on occasion. Some more great ways to motivate employees are to have business cards printed out, which can help them to feel their contribution is important. Offer yoga once or twice per week to help alleviate stress and increase productivity.
