Men’s Wages Fight Back [infographic]

During the recession, plenty of people's wages dropped or stagnated, but how was that experience different for men versus women? “The industries hit hardest by the recession were those where you'd find mostly men working, such as construction and mining. Meanwhile, industries where women dominate, such as healthcare and education, didn’t suffer as dramatic of wage drops,” says PayScale's lead analyst, Katie Bardaro.
